The downloads are available as ready-to-install EXE files, or with the installer packaged inside a ZIP file. If you have trouble downloading as an EXE file, download the ZIP file instead and run the installer it contains. (Modern versions of Windows can open ZIP files natively. Otherwise, we recommend the free 7-Zip utility.)

Note that Envelope Maker is no longer tested with versions of Windows before Windows 10, so some features may not work with earlier versions. Or then again, it might work fine. But if you're into running old operating systems, you'll probably enjoy the challenge of trying it and finding out.
